Nautilus 5724-001, with a total weight of 114 grams, is exactly the same as the original genuine weight, without any difference!!!

The peak of the 'King of Nautilus' appears! This is a truly milestone case with super weighted luxury inlay of T-shaped large diamonds. Using imported American Morsang diamonds, there are no impurities or sparks, and the case is very shiny. The thickness of the case is 8.7 millimeters, including a butterfly clasp and a genuine American crocodile leather strap. The total weight is 114 grams, the case is not thickened, and the crocodile leather strap does not have thickened weights, perfectly meeting the original specifications.

While maintaining the original ultra-thin size, it achieves full weight. The tungsten steel alloy has extremely high hardness, making it very difficult to set T-shaped large diamonds on it. All diamonds need to be manually polished and set by the setting master. The production is extremely low, and the final good products are very rare. This is the most difficult process for a weight of 5724!!!

We use copper free tungsten steel alloy to make the watch case, with no steel coating on the surface, so it will never peel or fade. Those familiar with tungsten copper balance watches know that products from other factories are coated with a steel layer on the surface, which will peel off after only one month of wearing. Why do they use the steel coating process? Because the current gold plating solution on the market is developed specifically for stainless steel, they cannot directly electroplate gold on tungsten copper alloys. Therefore, a steel coating is used to solve the problem of electroplating gold, as electroplating gold is the cheapest process. But they never expected that the steel layer would not be compatible with tungsten copper alloy: thermal expansion and contraction would cause the outer stainless steel to deform and peel off. In addition, tungsten copper alloy contains a large amount of copper element, which is prone to corrosion and oxidation, and the material is extremely unstable!!!

For example, some factories may not use surface coating technology and instead use more expensive gold coating techniques, but their products will still fade and peel off after two months of wearing. This is because their tungsten copper alloy still contains a large amount of copper element (adding copper is to reduce the hardness of tungsten for processing precision parts). But watch enthusiasts inevitably sweat when wearing it, and the sweat reacts with copper to form bubbles under the gold layer, ultimately leading to fading and peeling. Are all tungsten balance gauges destined to peel, fade, and have a short lifespan?

The problem of fading and peeling has long plagued the entire industry, and we have pioneered the development of copper free tungsten steel alloy in the counterweight industry. However, tungsten steel alloy has extremely high hardness, making it difficult to process into precision watch parts using traditional techniques. For this reason, we are not reluctant to introduce five axis CNC machine tools at cost to process all parts. Due to the hardness of the material and the difficulty in controlling tolerances, each processed part requires experienced craftsmen to manually polish and eliminate tolerances. Although the output is low, we firmly refuse to compromise on products!!!

At the same time, we use the light casting gold process to add an anti-oxidation layer on the surface of tungsten steel alloy parts at no cost, isolating the tungsten steel case from air contact. The Swiss original movement can maintain its bright color for decades, thanks to the nickel plating process. After photoelectric nickel plating, our tungsten steel case is also coated with the most expensive watch gold plating process currently available, giving the watch a true gold luster. The overall design adopts genuine gold wrapping technology, covering all parts gaps in 360 degrees, and there is no exposed white at the gap between the watch case and strap. Specially formulated gold liquid ensures that the finished rose gold color matches the original, without any color difference, achieving perfect leveling!!!
